The ITI Foundation Level Curriculum is the first fully blended-learning implant certification course in Southern Africa. Over 12 weeks, you’ll progress through six structured modules, combining weekly live online sessions with a hands-on, in-person contact session in Johannesburg.

You’ll get access to:

Upon Completion of this Course, you will have Acquired:​​

Core theoretical knowledge across implant dentistry
Ability to assess prospective patients and identify the complexity of cases according to the SAC classification
Ability to restore and maintain implant restorations
Knowledge of peri-implant tissue health and implant prosthesis maintenance
Ability to manage simple complications

This 4-day hands-on training block brings together everything you’ve learned. Led by course directors and supported by subject specialists, it replaces the dual sessions run in previous years—conveniently combined into one intensive experience.

Final Online Exam
A final assessment managed by ITI Global to evaluate your understanding and readiness for continued implant practice.

Hands-On Programme

Hands-on exercises are managed by implant specialists and ITI fellows and supported by dedicated teaching videos.  The hands-on component of the program spans four full days and is designed to guide learners through two primary parts:

Assessment, treatment planning and restoration of SAC straightforward patient cases

Domains 1-4

Practical clinical skills involved in implant restoration and routine monitoring of existing implants

Domains 4-6
